This black Social housing design built in mining city in spain — Degana. This house designed by Architects Nacho Ruiz and Jose Antonio Ruiz Allén Esquiroz from Zon-e Arquitectos architecture firm. In a city where nothing new has been constructed for more than 25 years, the new building keeps away from the common facades of a mining village with its volumetric angular profile and rich geometry. Connecting two existing urban plots, the new structure houses 15 small apartments with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, and has a black exterior (resembles coal) that is capable to absorb most of the light.
This is ecologically sensitive condominium in West Hollywood designed by AI Architects and Urban Moment, Inc. Described as 1200 N. Sweetzer, this building custom planned to take full advantage of its unique position within the complex, resulting in individual floor plans, amenities and views. The units feature spectacular views, some with roof deck access, and upgraded fixtures. From the architects : “The area is shifting away from single-family units and embracing multi-family housing that offers innovative architecture, design and accessibility to popular Los Angeles destinations.”
